CINCINNATI BELL CUTS: Cincinnati Bell Inc. has announced plans totrim nearly 400 jobs. The plan would affect about 250 managers andemployees at Cincinnati Bell Telephone, about 100 at Cincinnati BellInformation Systems and about 30 at its voice mail subsidiary,Cincinnati Bell Directory.
