NSW: Minister fails to properly refer matter to the ICAC

SYDNEY, Feb 25 AAP - NSW Fair Trading Minister Virginia Judge has failed to properly
refer herself to the state's corruption watchdog.

Ms Judge on Tuesday said she had referred herself to the Independent Commission Against
Corruption (ICAC) over claims she acted inappropriately in lobbying the police minister
to have a station opened in her electorate.

"I have referred to the Independent Commission Against Corruption a matter involving
